About the role

  • You conduct cybersecurity and technology due diligence reviews of companies across various industries to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
  • You perform comprehensive cybersecurity assessments, including in post-deal contexts, to evaluate and strengthen companies' security posture.
  • You develop well-founded recommendations for financial investors and their portfolio companies to actively improve cybersecurity across the entire transaction lifecycle.
  • You identify and develop strategies and roadmaps in cybersecurity and regulatory compliance to deliver sustainable value to our clients.
  • You promote the professional and personal development of your team members and motivate the team to collaborate on shared tasks.

Requirements

  • Above-average university degree (Master's) in Cybersecurity, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field.
  • At least five years of professional and leadership experience in cybersecurity consulting, particularly in project management of strategic due diligence projects related to corporate strategy and/or M&A in complex environments.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German (at least C1) and English.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel and PowerPoint).
