About the role
- be an Subject matter expert in managing end to end process of Subcontracting various type of 3rd parties (external workforce, Supplier personnel, Independent contractors) and country specific regulation.
- The process will encompass from demand capture, internal availability check, sourcing, negotiating and signing contract and monitoring of 3rd parties through various ways.
- be responsible for designing and implementing global and cross regional category sourcing programs across the Talent portfolio
- manage a portfolio of strategic suppliers through an innovative SRM program and in collaboration with the business leads and relevant stakeholders
- actively participate in relevant industry discussions to promote and exchange best practice with peers in non-competing industries
- work closely with Stakeholders within Talent and key senior business partners including Market Leaders and risk management and to co-develop and support the overall business strategy
- actively develop and promote the use of innovative solutions such as robotics, analytics and other online digital business solutions.
Requirements
- University degree in Business, Engineering, Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 9 years of experience in Procurement (Reference will be required)
- To demonstrate a track record of defining and delivering Procurement strategies in the area of Talent services such as, but not limited to, External Workforce, permanent recruiting, candidate assessment, background screening, contingent workforce or consultancy
- Substantial experience of working in global and complex matrix organization and liaising with different cultures
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in fluent business English.
