About the role

  • Engage with client stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI and data-driven innovation.
  • Translate business needs into actionable AI use cases and solution roadmaps.
  • Lead teams to deliver AI solutions using agile methodologies.
  • Incorporate agentic AI architectures, ML models, and statistical techniques into solutions.
  • Apply principles from SVPG and modern product management to design user-centric AI products.
  • Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of learning and innovation.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of AI concepts, including agentic AI, ML, and statistical modeling.
  • Background in data science or familiarity with statistics and advanced analytics.
  • Ability to navigate business and technical conversations and translate requirements.
  • Experience in consulting, client engagement, and leading small teams.
  • Exposure to agile, product management frameworks (e.g., SVPG) and design thinking is a plus.
