About the role
- Lead and mentor a team of AR specialists across AR functions.
- Manage AR Processing team for accuracy and timeliness of cash applications and distribution of aging report.
- Oversee internal invoicing process.
- Ensure proper handling of collections and remittance processing.
- Supervise month end closing tasks.
- Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable metrics.
- Coordinate or drive projects to enhance AR efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functions to resolve matters impacting AR activities.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience and 2 years of managerial position
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and account receivables processes
- Experience in using ERP systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
- Strong MS Office (particularly Excel), experience in using ERP systems and proficiency in SAP would be an added advantage
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
