About the role
- Support the Product Owner in agile practices
- Assist the team in removing impediments
- Develop and provide transparency on efficiency and effectiveness metrics
- Ensure the execution of agile ceremonies
- Encourage collaboration and knowledge transfer within the team
- Be responsible for the team's continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Jira, Trello, Kanban, SAFe
- Experience with agile methodologies, especially Scrum
- Scrum Master certifications such as PSM, CSP, CSM, SPS are a plus
- Intermediate English is desirable
- Project leadership experience is a plus
- Ability to resolve conflicts and support the team
