About the role
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
- Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop detailed functional specifications and use cases
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions
- Work closely with IT teams to ensure that business requirements are translated into technical specifications
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes
- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders to communicate findings and recommendations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or other related field
- A minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar role working closely with Business Stakeholders and Product Owners
- Knowledge of scrum ceremonies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess business needs and identify solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information to stakeholders
- Experience project management, or a related field is beneficial.
