About the role

  • Lead ServiceNow Transformation teams in a rapidly growing area of the business
  • Identify and define user/customer requirements
  • Develop user interfaces (UI) across various platforms
  • Create software components and services that interact seamlessly with upstream and downstream components
  • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline
  • 2 - 4 years relevant ServiceNow IT/OT Asset Management project experience
  • ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • Minimum of 2 of the following ServiceNow certifications: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Hardware Asset Management, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Software Asset Management, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Data Foundations
  • 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience
  • Experience leading teams and supervising others
  • A driver’s license valid in the U.S.
  • Ability to travel to meet client needs
