About the role

  • Employment law support for M&A transactions & restructurings
  • Planning and advising on domestic and cross-border M&A and restructuring projects from an employment law perspective
  • Advice on individual and collective employment law — from drafting and negotiating employment contracts to company/works council agreements
  • Representation in employment law disputes — both in court and out of court

Requirements

  • A completed degree in Law or Business Law (Master's) forms the basis
  • The bar exam (Rechtsanwaltsprüfung) has either been passed or is within reach
  • Admission as an attorney is an advantage but not a requirement
  • Solid knowledge of employment law and practical experience in this area
  • Excellent English skills for international clients
  • Structured thinking, precise working methods, and a passion for the dynamics of complex cases
