About the role
- Employment law support for M&A transactions & restructurings
- Planning and advising on domestic and cross-border M&A and restructuring projects from an employment law perspective
- Advice on individual and collective employment law — from drafting and negotiating employment contracts to company/works council agreements
- Representation in employment law disputes — both in court and out of court
Requirements
- A completed degree in Law or Business Law (Master's) forms the basis
- The bar exam (Rechtsanwaltsprüfung) has either been passed or is within reach
- Admission as an attorney is an advantage but not a requirement
- Solid knowledge of employment law and practical experience in this area
- Excellent English skills for international clients
- Structured thinking, precise working methods, and a passion for the dynamics of complex cases
