About the role
- Leverage your extensive BlackRock Aladdin expertise to design, implement, and support cutting-edge investment management solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition to the Aladdin platform
- Drive and oversee Aladdin platform configuration, compliance rule setup, workflows, and integration points across modules
- Coach junior business analysts, providing mentorship and technical guidance
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree and approximately 3 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 2 years of related work experience
- Your degree should be in computer science, engineering, accounting, finance or a related field; MBA or MS degree preferred
- A minimum of 1+ year of experience working at a financial services company or comparable experience
- 1-2+ years of hands-on Aladdin experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise a team of technology advisors through all phases of the technology life cycle
- Must possess a deep knowledge of technical architecture design and have a good understanding of technology tools and components
