About the role
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of finance projects, ensuring timely delivery and strict adherence to budget constraints.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather, document, and clarify project requirements, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive testing to validate functionality and performance against established requirements, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues effectively, implementing sustainable solutions.
- Maintain thorough project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting notes, to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Assist in managing change initiatives related to finance projects, facilitating smooth transitions and stakeholder buy-in.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in project management, specifically in finance system implementations and upgrades.
- Strong proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation, with a keen eye for detail.
- Demonstrated experience with various testing methodologies and tools, ensuring robust validation processes.
- Familiarity with a range of internal finance systems, including ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
