About the role

  • Technical Excellence: Troubleshooting: Proficiency in troubleshooting Azure infrastructure and migration-related issues is necessary.
  • Design Discussions and Documentation: Experience in driving design discussions with architects and application teams, as well as documenting the processes and decisions
  • Customer Facing Experience: Strong communication skills and experience in customer-facing roles are required.
  • Migration experience
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines
  • Complex IT Environment: Experience working in complex IT environments, ensuring quality, following processes, and collaborating with multiple teams or cross-functional teams.
  • Technical Expertise on any of the below skills.
  • Azure Migration
  • Java Migration
  • Devsecops /Devops
  • Full Stack developers
  • Automation Engineer
  • Application Migration

Requirements

  • BE/BTech or post graduate degree
  • 2 - 4 year of relevant work experience
  • Relevant certifications will be added advantage
  • Good Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel
  • Flexibility to work back in teams with diverse background
  • Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative.
  • Comfortable interacting with senior executives (within the firm and at the client)
  • Strong leadership skills and supervisory responsibility.
