About the role

  • Business development (promoting FIS service offerings to regional companies, preparing proposals, organizing/participating in professional events and conferences)
  • Engagement management: project and team management, client relations, providing technical expertise

Requirements

  • You have 6 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Compliance or Internal Audit.
  • Beyond solid knowledge of the region’s economic fabric, you have excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication abilities, and proven professional commitment.
  • You are accustomed to working in a project-based environment.
  • You hold a master’s degree (Bac +5) in Business Law, ideally with a specialization in Ethics and Compliance, or a degree from a Business School or IAE with a specialization in finance/audit/management.
  • Autonomous, rigorous, and intellectually curious, you are motivated to pursue professional development within a leading Audit and Consulting firm.
  • Your intellectual curiosity, analytical mindset, rigor and autonomy enable you to handle complex issues across a variety of industry sectors as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
