About the role
- Support clients in designing, assessing, and improving compliance programs
- Conduct investigations in cases of suspected or confirmed fraud
- Business development (promotion of the FIS service offering)
- Engagement management: project and team management, client relations, and delivery of technical expertise
Requirements
- 6 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Compliance or Internal Audit
- Good knowledge of the regional economic landscape
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional commitment
- Ability to work in a project-based environment
- Advanced degree (Master's level) in Business Law, ideally with a specialization in Ethics and Compliance; or a Business School / IAE degree with a specialization in finance, audit, or management
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written
