About the role
- Investigate, reproduce, and resolve user-level defects in platform applications
- Collaborate with Information Security teams during release cycles and security testing
- Assist in managing platform changes initiated by EY or external vendors
- Debug application issues and identify root causes to prevent recurrence
- Track progress, manage risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in technology, information systems, computer science, or a related field
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong hands-on technical skills equivalent to an Application Engineer
- Demonstrated experience in debugging and resolving complex application issues
- Familiarity with release management and deployment coordination
- Experience supporting production environments and managing incident workflows
