Project Manager

• Lead Tax Reform projects under the governance of the Project Management Office (PMO), following the client's project management methodology.
• Work closely with Tax/Fiscal, Tax Compliance and tax systems teams, translating business requirements into project plans.
• Coordinate the activity roadmap, schedule, deliverables, risks, dependencies and communication between the company and the business units managed by the PMO.
• Ensure the review and alignment of tax processes and systems (tax compliance filings, digital tax bookkeeping, tax calculation, integrations with ERP and satellite systems).
• Lead status meetings, steering committees and governance rituals, preparing executive materials for the board and group company leadership.
• Monitor project performance indicators (schedule, cost, quality, risks) and propose corrective actions when necessary.
