Project Manager

• Ensure the quality of services delivered, guaranteeing that departmental processes are carried out in a timely manner and in accordance with the organization's policies and guidelines, in order to support the company's strategy and satisfy internal and external customers;
• Manage projects using internal resources or by engaging specialized consultants, ensuring deliverables are completed according to contracted requirements while considering quality, cost and schedule;
• Develop contingency strategies focused on data security, access controls, audits and the continuity of Information Systems services;
• Develop and implement high-complexity projects related to the area, aligned with the organization's strategic plan.
• Design, implement and continuously monitor improvements and innovations in the area's processes and standards to preserve the company culture, achieve departmental goals and objectives, and comply with applicable legislation;
• Prepare strategic analyses and reports with actionable insights to support senior management decision-making.
• Maintain clear and transparent communication to foster team spirit, knowledge sharing and a healthy work-life environment;
• Ensure the organization and proper maintenance of equipment and tools provided by the company;
• Perform other related duties as required by the role and the company, in line with the organization's values and principles.
