• Manage all phases of litigation, from initial pleadings through resolution
• Draft and argue substantive motions, pleadings, and briefs
• Conduct and respond to written discovery and depositions with limited supervision
• Collaborate with partners and clients to build case strategy and achieve objectives
• Provide creative, practical solutions aligned with client goals
• Participate in hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations as assigned

Requirements

Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
3–5+ years of litigation experience
Active Kentucky Bar License in good standing
Exceptional research, analytical, and writing skills
Proven ability to manage cases independently while working collaboratively in a team setting
Strong communication and client service mindset
Judicial clerkship experience highly desirable but not required
