About the role

  • Enable Exodigo’s sales organization by providing operational and research support
  • Ensure outreach, opportunities, and expansion efforts are powered by accurate data
  • Identify and engage target accounts, track key stakeholders
  • Maintain a clean, reliable system of record in HubSpot
  • Collaborate with Sales, RFX team, and Business Development for data-driven prioritization
  • Support Sales Leads with Sales Enablement content
  • Conduct research on target accounts and maintain updated CRM records
  • Manage HubSpot CRM accuracy through regular data validation and cleanup
  • Support sales leadership with dashboards summarizing sales activity

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, or Business Development Coordination
  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM (or similar platforms), including list creation, data entry, and reporting
  • Strong research and data management skills; able to synthesize account and contact information into structured formats
  • High attention to detail with excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Proactive, collaborative, and able to support multiple sales teams and initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset toward supporting Sales goals.
