About the role
- Enable Exodigo’s sales organization by providing operational and research support
- Ensure outreach, opportunities, and expansion efforts are powered by accurate data
- Identify and engage target accounts, track key stakeholders
- Maintain a clean, reliable system of record in HubSpot
- Collaborate with Sales, RFX team, and Business Development for data-driven prioritization
- Support Sales Leads with Sales Enablement content
- Conduct research on target accounts and maintain updated CRM records
- Manage HubSpot CRM accuracy through regular data validation and cleanup
- Support sales leadership with dashboards summarizing sales activity
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, or Business Development Coordination
- Proficiency in HubSpot CRM (or similar platforms), including list creation, data entry, and reporting
- Strong research and data management skills; able to synthesize account and contact information into structured formats
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Proactive, collaborative, and able to support multiple sales teams and initiatives simultaneously
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset toward supporting Sales goals.
