About the role
- Develop and manage detailed project plans across multiple tracks.
- Ensure timely delivery of milestones and adherence to scope, budget, and quality standards.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex programs.
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
- Implement and monitor Agile processes and frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels to provide updates and manage expectations.
- Possess strong domain knowledge to bridge gaps between business and technology teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree obtained
- Experience in Project Management, Program Management, and Delivery Management.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and process governance.
- Understanding of functional domains relevant to the projects.
- Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tracks and prioritize effectively.
- Exceptional articulation and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Leadership and team management.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle ambiguity.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
