About the role

  • Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel CRM campaigns using Braze.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver personalized experiences across email, SMS, push, and in-app channels.
  • Build and optimize lifecycle campaigns (onboarding, retention, reactivation) using Braze.
  • Implement A/B and multivariate tests to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Configure and orchestrate complex customer journeys in Braze.
  • Mentor junior team members and advocate for best practices in automation and personalization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in marketing automation or CRM roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Braze (or similar platforms like SFMC, Iterable).
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email development and Liquid scripting for personalization.
  • Strong understanding of segmentation, dynamic content, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Familiarity with data models and integration workflows.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Working knowledge of predictive modeling and machine learning for CRM optimization.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs and JSON for connected content.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop for creative adjustments.
  • Passion for innovation and fan engagement.
