About the role
- Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel CRM campaigns using Braze.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver personalized experiences across email, SMS, push, and in-app channels.
- Build and optimize lifecycle campaigns (onboarding, retention, reactivation) using Braze.
- Implement A/B and multivariate tests to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Configure and orchestrate complex customer journeys in Braze.
- Mentor junior team members and advocate for best practices in automation and personalization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in marketing automation or CRM roles.
- Hands-on experience with Braze (or similar platforms like SFMC, Iterable).
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email development and Liquid scripting for personalization.
- Strong understanding of segmentation, dynamic content, and lifecycle marketing.
- Familiarity with data models and integration workflows.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Working knowledge of predictive modeling and machine learning for CRM optimization.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and JSON for connected content.
- Proficiency in Photoshop for creative adjustments.
- Passion for innovation and fan engagement.
