• ITGC & SOX Compliance: Lead the end-to-end IT SOX program, including planning, scoping, control design assessment, and testing of ITGCs and application controls. Evaluate the impact of service organizations on ICFR and ensure precise documentation of all test work.
• IT Risk Advisory: Provide expert consulting on IT risk, governance, and controls for business initiatives, system implementations, and process improvements. Advise on cybersecurity, data privacy, and risk management.
• On a need basis, conduct ERP security reviews, define security standards, and ensure compliance with policies and segregation of duties (SOD).
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 4-5 IT auditors, fostering a high-performance environment and ensuring the quality and consistency of all audits.
• Plan and perform IT internal audits and support SOC 1 / SOC 2 reporting and assessments.
