About the role
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to define requirements and translate them into actionable user stories.
- Drive the development of API-first and data-centric products, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
- Partner with infrastructure and DevOps teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines and support continuous delivery.
- Define and track key product metrics, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.
- Act as the primary bridge between business needs and technical execution, ensuring value delivery at every stage.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years as Technical Product Owner (preferably in Banking/Financial Services domain)
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, preferably in the banking or financial services domain.
- Strong understanding of APIs, infrastructure management, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with data-driven products and familiarity with data platforms, governance, and analytics.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work in an agile environment and deliver complex technical products.
- Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies (preferred but not mandatory).
