About the role

  • Build and maintain dashboards using Power BI or code-based tools (Python ,PHP)
  • Use AI tools (Copilot, Claude Code) to accelerate dashboard development and data analysis
  • Create executive KPI reports and operational summaries (daily/weekly/monthly)
  • Gather and document complex reporting requirements from business stakeholders
  • Present data insights and recommendations to technical teams and senior leadership
  • Monitor infrastructure metrics: MTTA, MTTR, SLA/OLA adherence, ticket trends
  • Apply ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management)

Requirements

  • Power BI (data modeling, DAX, Power Query) **OR** Python/PHP for dashboard development
  • Excel (pivot tables, charts, data analysis)
  • AI tools experience (Copilot, Claude AI) for code generation and analysis
  • Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Strong presentation skills for senior leadership
  • Stakeholder management and requirement gathering experience
  • ITIL v3/v4 certification or demonstrable knowledge
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (especially AWS)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
