About the role
- Contribute to Salesforce platform projects with guidance and gradually increase autonomy as you cross-train
- Deliver well-structured code and participate in unit testing
- Collaborate with senior developers on code and design reviews
- Debug and troubleshoot code within your own development area
- Engage with business analysts and technical architects to understand requirements
- Identify improvements in development practices and contribute to evolving team standards
- Schedule and manage your own workload to meet agreed priorities
Requirements
- Hands-on development experience in **.NET (C#)** or **Java**
- Familiarity with OOP principles, design patterns, and API integrations
- A strong foundation in software engineering best practices
- Willingness to **transition into Salesforce development** through structured on-the-job training
