• As an IT Business Partner at Keyloop, you will play a pivotal role in creating, establishing & maintaining strategic relationships between IT and the Keyloop business.
• You will be responsible for building credibility, trust and true partnership to support business growth and enhance the customer experience.
• This role requires an understanding of SaaS business models, with a particular focus on business wide transformation as well as functional transformation.
• Proven experience in this space is a must and the ability to building a ’Best in Class’ function and take something from low maturity into a high performing function.
• This is a construct in IT which is a fast-transforming IT department so a willingness to adapt and change in transforming world is a must and being outcome and value driven.
