About the role

  • Lead ingredient sourcing, quality control, and S&OP processes.
  • Own the full supply chain lifecycle from sourcing to fulfillment.
  • Work closely with Operations, Finance, and Product Development.
  • Develop sourcing strategies for raw materials and manage supplier contracts.
  • Implement and maintain quality control programs covering raw materials and packaging.
  • Govern S&OP functions to align on demand forecasts and production plans.
  • Build robust reporting dashboards for supplier performance and inventory analysis.
  • Collaborate with fulfillment and logistics teams for timely delivery.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, or operations, preferably in food, beverage, or CPG.
  • Strong understanding of functional ingredient sourcing, import/export regulations, and food quality standards.
  • Proven track record implementing S&OP and supplier quality systems.
  • Experience managing co-manufacturers and international vendors (China, U.S., etc.).
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Deep expertise in Excel, including pivot tables, Power Query, Power BI, Power Pivot, complex formulas, scenario modeling, and dashboard creation.
  • Familiarity with ERP/WMS tools (e.g., NetSuite, ShipBob) and data reporting systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Operations, Food Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
