About the role
- Develop, build and track a comprehensive business plan working cross-functionally
- Execute activation plans both online and offline
- Analyze syndicated and account specific data to determine key business trends and actionable recommendations
- Lead development of annual shipment forecast updated monthly
Requirements
- 7-10 years working in a sales role for a consumer goods company
- 5+ years recent experience working with national grocery retailers
- Must be results oriented
- Ability to think both strategically and tactically with a track record of taking ownership and driving meaningful results
- Ability to manage requirements for multiple projects working with peers offering clear prioritization, planning, and task delegation
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to be held accountable for delivering superior results on time and on budget
- Team player possessing strong interpersonal skills, ability to develop relationships & communicate with all levels of management
- Strong work ethic and ability to excel in remote sales environment with limited oversight
- Organized, positive, and high-energy individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and an ability to execute with high attention to detail
- Proactive approach to anticipate issues and provide solutions
