  • Develop, build and track a comprehensive business plan working cross-functionally

Requirements

  • 7-10 years working in a sales role for a consumer goods company
  • 5+ years recent experience working with national grocery retailers
  • Must be results oriented
  • Ability to think both strategically and tactically with a track record of taking ownership and driving meaningful results
  • Ability to manage requirements for multiple projects working with peers offering clear prioritization, planning, and task delegation
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to be held accountable for delivering superior results on time and on budget
  • Team player possessing strong interpersonal skills, ability to develop relationships & communicate with all levels of management
  • Strong work ethic and ability to excel in remote sales environment with limited oversight
  • Organized, positive, and high-energy individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and an ability to execute with high attention to detail
  • Proactive approach to anticipate issues and provide solutions
