About the role

  • Own the Integration Strategy: Define the long-term vision and strategy for EverTrue’s entire integration ecosystem, prioritizing connectivity with major industry CRMs and third-party platforms to unlock new value for our customers.
  • Drive Prioritization and ROI: Develop and defend the business case and ROI for every major investment in integration and infrastructure, prioritizing features that directly enable new customer value, improve platform reliability, or reduce organizational friction.
  • Own the Technical Roadmap: Own and manage the dual roadmaps for both external integration features and internal core data infrastructure, ensuring alignment between technical needs and market demand.
  • Be the Partner Ecosystem Expert: Serve as the primary expert on our partner CRM ecosystems, anticipating their roadmaps, and defining where EverTrue needs to invest in integration to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Define the Data Experience: Own the customer experience of data integrity, defining and monitoring KPIs for data quality, latency, and integration uptime. You will ensure error handling and sync status are clearly and effectively communicated to end-users.
  • Measure Strategic Impact: Define, measure, and communicate both business metrics (e.g., successful sync rate, integration adoption) and technical KPIs (e.g., pipeline throughput, cost efficiency) to demonstrate the value of the platform investments.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Product Management experience focusing on B2B SaaS integrations, APIs, and data platforms.

  • Ability to translate complex technical requirements related to API architecture, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data synchronization into clear, prioritized business outcomes for engineering teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with effective influencing techniques to gain cross-functional support for your vision and strategy.
  • Clear track record of launching products that achieve measurable business objectives (e.g., increased platform stickiness, improved data integrity scores, reduced technical support burden).
  • Working experience in the Education/Non-Profit Sectors and/or experience with Advancement or Fundraising is a nice to have.
