About the role

  • Lead our overall technology strategy and maintain technical excellence across all projects.
  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing engineering team rooted in precision and curiosity.
  • Champion AI-native development workflows (AI-assisted coding - Cursor, Widnsurf, Replit, contextual tools, automated QA).
  • Set architecture standards and scalable development practices across web, mobile, and backend.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Design to deliver bold, reliable products, fast.
  • Oversee R&D in generative AI, developer productivity, and workflow automation.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and translate innovation into execution.
  • Shape company strategy as part of the leadership team and strengthen our position as a leader in AI-driven product development.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in software development, with proven experience leading engineering or product teams.
  • Strong command of modern tech stacks (Flutter, React Native, full-stack - JS-preferably, and cloud infrastructure).
  • Deep curiosity and hands-on experience with AI-native development tools and methods.
  • Demonstrated success delivering complex products with clarity and precision.
  • Pragmatic, curious, and allergic to bureaucracy — you thrive on momentum.
  • Excellent communicator who can connect technical vision to business outcomes.
  • Motivated by the challenge of shaping how tomorrow’s products are built.
  • Fluency in English is a must!
