About the role
- Partner with HR leadership to understand business needs across Europe
- Manage the full employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, offboarding, contract changes, compensation and benefits, absence management, employee data, compliance, and employee relations.
- Ensure data integrity across HR systems and tools.
- Act as liaison between Shared Services (HR, Finance, Legal) and internal stakeholders.
- Manage interactions with authorities and external providers related to C&B, social security, and mobility.
- Support the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Administer HR programs including performance and talent management, recognition, morale, development, leaves, disciplinary matters, and investigations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local laws.
- Stay current on HR trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies, including AI applications in HR.
- Support international mobility and relocation processes.
- Lead or support initiatives in training, diversity, inclusion, and engagement.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8-10 years of previous HR operations experience
- 3-5 years within an international environment
- Proven working experience of employment-related laws and regulations in more than one European country, Italy is mandatory
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Familiarity with AI tools and their application in HR.
- Experience in organizing and leading projects with many different data sources.
