About the role
- Prospecting & Business Development (50%)
- Identify and qualify new opportunities within your territory.
- Manage your prospecting database and run the full sales cycle (technical support, ATG, managed services).
- Commercial Management & Reporting (25%)
- Ensure follow-up of the existing client portfolio.
- Present the group's offerings and produce appropriate sales materials.
- Track KPIs and report key information to Management.
- Team Management (25%)
- Onboard and support your team members in their professional development.
- Set objectives and ensure regular follow-up.
- Occasional tasks
- Organize HR or client events to strengthen relationships and create business opportunities.
Requirements
- You have prior experience in a similar role, within an IT services company (ESN) required
- Degree-level education, with a strong interest in digital technology and a desire to develop your commercial expertise.
- Known for your interpersonal skills, ability to rally teams and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Proactive and a self-starter, able to generate business opportunities.
- Recognized leadership skills and able to apply them day-to-day.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work collaboratively.
- Passionate about your work and committed to bringing commercial drive to ensure the success of your area.
- Your management skills enable you to effectively support the careers of the team members you manage locally.
