About the role

  • Prospecting & Business Development (50%)
  • Identify and qualify new opportunities within your territory.
  • Manage your prospecting database and run the full sales cycle (technical support, ATG, managed services).
  • Commercial Management & Reporting (25%)
  • Ensure follow-up of the existing client portfolio.
  • Present the group's offerings and produce appropriate sales materials.
  • Track KPIs and report key information to Management.
  • Team Management (25%)
  • Onboard and support your team members in their professional development.

Requirements

  • You have prior experience in a similar role, within an IT services company (ESN) required
  • Degree-level education, with a strong interest in digital technology and a desire to develop your commercial expertise.
  • Known for your interpersonal skills, ability to rally teams and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Proactive and a self-starter, able to generate business opportunities.
  • Recognized leadership skills and able to apply them day-to-day.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work collaboratively.
  • Passionate about your work and committed to bringing commercial drive to ensure the success of your area.
  • Your management skills enable you to effectively support the careers of the team members you manage locally.
