💰 $90,000 - $110,000 per year
About the role
- Manage multiple software development, solution integration, strategic, operations, and product launch projects simultaneously.
- Collaborate to develop and successfully execute project plans with product, engineering, DevOps, marketing, operations, sales, onboarding, support and finance teams as well as third party vendors and EHR partners teams.
- Work with different internal and external stakeholders to establish comprehensive project plans with clear timeline, milestones and delivery expectations.
- Manage project schedules, scope, execution and overall organization to ensure deliverables and dates are clearly communicated, understood and executed upon.
- Facilitate cross-team orchestration, tracking and following up with internal and external dependencies.
- Monitor risks, issues and scope creep to foresee/identify potential problems and proactively identify resolutions to address them in advance.
- Conduct regular status meetings to track projects and communicate progress, issues and resolutions to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Produce and maintain project documentation, including statements of work, meeting notes, status reports, change management and approvals.
- Ensure proper closure and handoffs on all projects managed.
- Other project management related tasks that may be identified as the organization grows.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience planning and executing multiple software development, product launch, operational, and strategic projects simultaneously, both medium and large scale.
- Deep understanding of project and customer management and ability to discuss technical and business project requirements in detail when required.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, interpersonal and written and oral communication skills
- Great critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills, ability to identify solutions and ensure progress in the face of obstacles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven initiative and resourcefulness to meet project milestones, internal team needs, and customer expectations.
- Experience managing projects in the healthcare industry strongly desired.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification strongly desired.
- Must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position.
- This role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.
