About the role

  • Systematically identify, research, and qualify ideal customer profiles (ICPs)
  • Drive outbound prospecting efforts through modern sales channels
  • Lead presentations and high-level, consultative discussions with C-suite executives
  • Quarterback the entire sales process from initial contact to final contract negotiation
  • Partner closely with Onboarding and Operations teams for a seamless transition
  • Provide continuous feedback to leadership on market trends and pain points

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of demonstrated success in an outside business development or strategic sales role
  • Deep understanding of multi-modal freight management (FTL, LTL, Expedite, Intermodal & parcel)
  • Proven ability to shift the conversation from transactional rate-shopping to strategic partnership and technology integration
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Proficient in leveraging modern sales enablement tools
