About the role

  • Provide support to all users across the Euromonitor digital product portfolio
  • Help clients and colleagues to solve their issues with the use of the systems
  • Record and respond to requests using the support system
  • Maintain ownership of issues until a satisfactory resolution is obtained
  • Escalate issues appropriately to other team members or teams
  • Document investigations and fixes on the system
  • Build documentation and KBAs to share knowledge across the team
  • Participate in team meetings when required
  • Execute project work as agreed with management

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written English & Lithuanian
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Can collaborate well with a team
  • Demonstrated experience of providing high quality customer support
  • Experience supporting digital products in a commercial environment
  • Knowledge of MS Office/Outlook
  • Understanding of digital product architecture (if available)
  • Experience troubleshooting web application and network connectivity issues (if available)
  • Capability to provide training on support related issues (if available)
  • Experience of troubleshooting Windows 10 and 11 (if available)
  • ITIL Foundation certification (if available)
