About the role
- Responsibility for the entire recruiting process — from receipt of applications to contract signing
- Create a respectful candidate journey with a positive and welcoming application experience
- Monitor KPIs to continuously improve hiring efficiency
- Actively shape the employer brand and passionately represent the company at various events
- Develop a forward-looking talent acquisition strategy to support company growth
Requirements
- Completed degree, ideally in business or social sciences, human resources, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in recruiting, preferably in the transport/traffic industry or in a consulting environment
- Familiarity with various recruiting channels and applicant tracking systems
- Enjoyment in working with people and direct contact with applicants
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken, for clear and precise communication
- Initiative, creativity, and a structured, independent way of working
