About the role
- Customer service on trains: ensuring safety, cleanliness, providing information and being approachable to passengers
- Participation in the theoretical and practical parts of the training
- Successful completion of the training leads to starting as a Customer Service Representative
Requirements
- At least 18 years old and currently not employed
- German language skills at least at B2 level or higher
- Career changers from hospitality, hotel industry, retail, or similar fields, or university graduates
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
