About the role
- Over a 6-month program, you will train alongside other prospective customer service representatives to ensure safety, cleanliness, passenger information and approachability on board trains
- Extensive theoretical training covering fundamentals of public transport (ÖPNV) & regional passenger rail (SPNV), railway operations, technology, fares and much more
- Practical training on our trains following the theoretical phase
Requirements
- 18 years or older, currently not employed and looking for a role with long-term prospects
- Career changers from hospitality, hotel industry, retail or similar are very welcome, as are university graduates or individuals without formal qualifications but with strong motivation
- Proficient German (B2 level or higher)
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
