About the role

  • Within 6 months, you will learn alongside other trainee customer service representatives to ensure safety, cleanliness, information, and approachability on board the train
  • Theoretical training covering basics of local and regional public transport (ÖPNV & SPNV), rail operations, technical aspects, fares/tariffs, and much more
  • Practical training on our trains

Requirements

  • You are of legal age, currently not employed, and looking for a position with long-term prospects
  • Career changers from hospitality, hotel services, retail, or similar backgrounds are warmly welcome
  • Graduates or individuals without formal vocational training but with strong personal motivation are welcome
  • Your German is at least good (B2 level or higher)
  • You understand the requirements of shift work, including weekends and public holidays
