About the role
- Within 6 months, you will learn alongside other trainee customer service representatives to ensure safety, cleanliness, information, and approachability on board the train
- Theoretical training covering basics of local and regional public transport (ÖPNV & SPNV), rail operations, technical aspects, fares/tariffs, and much more
- Practical training on our trains
Requirements
- You are of legal age, currently not employed, and looking for a position with long-term prospects
- Career changers from hospitality, hotel services, retail, or similar backgrounds are warmly welcome
- Graduates or individuals without formal vocational training but with strong personal motivation are welcome
- Your German is at least good (B2 level or higher)
- You understand the requirements of shift work, including weekends and public holidays
