About the role
- Own and execute the annual marketing plan
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Manage multi-channel digital strategy and lead generation
- Oversee HubSpot, SEO/SEM, and social media platforms
- Maintain premium brand positioning
- Develop high-impact marketing materials and case studies
- Create sales tools and collateral
- Align marketing efforts with sales pipeline goals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Business (ideally)
- 4+ years of digital marketing experience
- Experience in building materials or architecture industry a plus
- Proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics
- Strong design sensibility and familiarity with Adobe Suite or Canva
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic mindset, collaborative spirit, and passion for sustainability
- A proactive, customer-focused mindset with a passion for learning and collaboration.
