About the role
- Present, promote and sell our services using solid closing techniques to prospective customers over the phone and email.
- Analyse potential customers' needs, demonstrate strong persuasion and objection handling skills, and continuously improve sales skills to attain quota and grow as sales professionals.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive customer relationships.
Requirements
- English at a native level – a must.
- Fluent French- a must.
- Proven sales experience – mandatory.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Highly self-motivated with strong self-learning abilities.
- Confident, persuasive, and able to influence.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Suitable home office setup: quiet work environment, Windows PC, high-speed internet, and the ability to be on webcam at all times.
- Availability for 5 shifts per week (flexible schedule)
- Nice to have: Experience in phone-based sales.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
