About the role
- Perform general maintenance, respond to work orders, and perform compliance checks.
- Perform a wide variety of preventative and routine maintenance and repairs.
- May include groundskeeping and simple interior/exterior maintenance.
Requirements
- 1 year of classroom training or 1 year of experience in building maintenance.
- Must meet the driving requirements and criteria acceptable to Essentia Health’s insurer.
- Current Class “Special” Boilers License or ability to obtain within 6 months.
