About the role
- Actively advise and sell banking services to clients within your own portfolio
- Engage with customers through our various sales channels and schedule appointments
- Acquire new clients and build and maintain stable, long-term customer relationships
- Represent Wiener Neustädter Sparkasse externally (e.g., at customer events)
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience as a retail/personal customer advisor in a bank
- Commercial education, e.g., HAK Matura (higher commercial school diploma)
- Interest in getting to know our clients and a passion for customer advisory and active selling
- Ability to develop independent solutions and proactively engage with customers
