About the role

  • Support in tax advisory and compliance, including preparation of tax returns and tax calculations for domestic group companies
  • Participation in monthly, quarterly and annual closings/financial statements under UGB and IFRS
  • Design and support in expanding the tax control framework, including process documentation
  • Coordination of shared-service processes (e.g., accounting, payment transactions, financial statement preparation, reporting)
  • Support during tax audits and on special tax issues
  • Participation in subprojects within the finance and controlling environment
  • Development of solutions for relevant tax questions across different tax areas
  • Active contribution to process optimization through digital tools and automation solutions

Requirements

  • Degree in Business/Economics with a focus on Finance/Tax, or completed commercial training with a certified accounting qualification (Bilanzbuchhalter)
  • Ideally several years of relevant professional experience in tax or finance/accounting
  • Solid knowledge of financial reporting under UGB
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and SAP-FI
  • Commercial awareness and strong analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
