About the role
- Drive the characterization, design, and management of soil and groundwater remediation projects
- Apply advanced scientific methodologies to evaluate contamination and remediation alternatives
- Deliver high-quality technical reports and presentations that shape client strategies
- Ensure health and safety compliance while leading field investigations and overseeing subcontractors
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Hydrogeology, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
- 2+ years of experience in environmental consulting or a related field
- Knowledge of New Jersey environmental regulations and technical guidance
- Proficiency in MS Office
- 40-hour HAZWOPER certification with 8-hour refresher
- Willingness to conduct field work in remote locations and inclement weather
- Driver's License Required
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in varied climate conditions
- Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively.
