About the role

  • Drive acquisitions of single assets, companies/portfolios and powered-land/site platforms
  • Engage across the full deal lifecycle—thesis and market mapping; valuation and returns modeling; diligence orchestration (e.g., commercial, operations, real estate, design & construction, finance, integration, HR, IT, power, regulatory, REIT/tax, etc.); structuring/negotiation; close; and pre-close
  • Develop deal valuation frameworks including comparable companies, precedent transactions, discounted cash flow and related investment return valuation models; and pro forma accretion/dilution analyses
  • Develop operational models and synergy forecasts for targets
  • Develops transaction timelines
  • Prepare for, and facilitate, cross-departmental meetings as needed (e.g., due diligence)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; MBA or CFA a plus
  • 7+ years of relevant business experience, preferably in Investment Banking/Top tier Management consulting/Corporate Finance/Corporate Development at a leading technology company; digital infrastructure experience preferred, particularly including data centers.
