• Maintain, configure and continuously improve the ServiceNow APM module to support enterprise-wide application portfolio management
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of portfolio data (including ownership, lifecycle, technical health, cost, and risk attributes)
• Configure APM-related forms, workflows, and data models in ServiceNow, aligning CSDM and enterprise data standards
• Partner with CMDB, ITAM, and SPM teams to ensure APM configuration supports automated data flows and accurate reporting
• Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports to deliver actionable insights to business and IT leadership
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, ITAM/SAM/HAM, Security, Finance, and Business Units to ensure portfolio alignment with enterprise strategy
