About the role
- Develop, manage, and optimise full-funnel paid media campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, Google, and others.
- Execute and scale our ABM Strategy running targeted ads for high-value target accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment, cohesive tracking, and the development of impactful creative assets.
- Continuously monitor performance, execute A/B tests, and make data-driven adjustments to lower CPL and increase SALs.
- Stay current with evolving paid media trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns across social platforms, with proven expertise on LinkedIn.
- Deep knowledge of B2B and B2C paid strategies across multiple platforms, particularly LinkedIn, META and Google Ads.
- Proven experience executing ABM strategies and a strong understanding of B2B lead generation tactics.
- Experience with campaign management systems (e.g., Smartly.io or similar) and excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability for agile, data-driven optimisation and a strong collaborative mindset for driving integrated marketing efforts across internal teams.
