About the role
- Responsible for organizing and implementing technical measures according to best practices
- Advising executive management on information security matters
- Conducting risk analyses and developing tailored training programs
- Monitoring the effectiveness of implemented security measures
- Close collaboration with the EOS Group CISO and other corporate functions
- Developing and maintaining policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Degree, preferably in business informatics, computer science, or a comparable qualification
- Fluent German and English
- Initial experience in IT infrastructure, software development, IT architecture, or IT security
- Solid knowledge of threat and risk analysis
- Hands-on mentality for creating new structures and processes
- Adaptability, strong collaboration skills, and persuasiveness
- Experience with BaFin regulatory requirements is a plus
