About the role

  • Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process with a focus on positive candidate experience.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring leaders, HRBP's, Compensation team, and colleagues to ensure we are clearly identifying the client needs and effectively executing hires.
  • Leverage multiple networks and sourcing strategies to build passive and active candidate pools.
  • Influence hiring best practices around the interview process.
  • Build meaningful, trusted relationships with key cross-functional stakeholders internally.
  • Tactically negotiate and close offers in a highly competitive environment.
  • Effectively manage expectations with both candidates and internal stakeholders during interview and offer process.
  • Identify long term sourcing pipelines through community resources and university relationships and engagements.
  • Identify effective brand awareness campaigns and programs.
  • Provide regular status reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager and business partners.
  • Provide professional advice and recommendations around market conditions to key stakeholders and the recruitment team.

Requirements

  • 6 months to 2 years’ experience of Recruiting in the SaaS industry.
  • Knowledgeable in full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, wage and salary trends and relationship management.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to connect with all levels of candidates and stakeholders within the organization.
  • Consistently building strong pipelines to source and connect with potential candidates
