About the role
- Responsible for obtaining patient insurance and financial information to determine estimates and collect on estimated patient liabilities
- Conduct notifications to recently discharged bedded patients that did not pay estimated liabilities
- Partner in daily cashiering responsibilities as assigned by client
- Facilitate internal and external communication with key stakeholders on case statuses and escalations
- Manage communications with patients that are unable to make payments while in-house
Requirements
- 1 - 3 years of customer service experience
- High School Diploma/GED Required
- CRCR Required within 9 months of hire (Company Paid)
